My journey began over thirty years ago as a volunteer firefighter and paramedic, leading to a diverse nursing career as a nurse practitioner in various specialties. I love traveling with my husband and two dogs while cherishing family time. I believe every patient deserves quality care, dignity, respect, and to be heard. My mission is to help people achieve their goals and build meaningful relationships. At our practice, we view ourselves as instruments of healing guided by God.

Jessica has called Wharton County home for over 20 years and is dedicated to serving her community. With a Master’s in Human Services, she works with low-income and first-generation students. Beyond her career, she supports Hieros Wellness through creative engagement, valuing their holistic approach and community focus. Jessica is eager to contribute to Hieros growth and its positive impact on her beloved community.

My name is Evlogia (Gia for short) and I am the boss dog here at Hieros Wellness. My name means "blessing" from God and my mom and dad say I truly am. My mom and dad adopted me from the SPCA five years ago and I have never been happier. I enjoy coming to work and greeting all the patients as well as providing much needed pet therapy! Come by and see me- I'm happy to let you pet me.

After a commendable 38-year career in Emergency Medical Services, including roles as a Paramedic, EMS Lieutenant, and Instructor, I've made a heartwarming transition to focus on family life with my wife, Stacey Giesie. Together, we're enjoying home renovations, travel, and family time, while planning our future. Supporting Stacey in achieving her dream of business ownership at Hieros Wellness has been incredibly fulfilling.

I've been a policeman, firefighter, EMS for 17 years, and a millwright. I have 2 grandchildren and have worked in security my entire life. As a Marine Corps veteran, I have a passion for helping people. I enjoy playing horseshoes, BBQing, and dominos. I also love to cook and eat.

With over 13 years in customer service, Elizabeth thrives on connecting with people as the Office Manager at Hieros Wellness, supporting patients through their transformations. A sixth-generation Whartonian, she cherishes her community, is married, and a proud mom of two. Outside of work, she loves family time, playing Chickenfoot dominoes, painting, building projects with her husband, and cooking. She appreciates having the best bosses at Hieros Wellness!

My name is Bella and I am part of the pet therapy team here at Hieros Wellness. My name means pretty girl and I definitely am. I was adopted by my mom and dad two years ago from the SPCA. I was very timid and shy however, with lots of love, I have blossomed into a happy healthy girl. I love attention and to greet our patients. Feel free to come by and I will make you feel at home.
